Mission & Vision
Ghost Hunter's Investigation Group is
devoted to the exploration of the paranormal through
scientific, logical and metaphysical means.
Our Mission:
Our mission is to set a high standard of ethics,
professionalism and education in the paranormal
field.
Our
Vision: Our
vision is to educate and empower individuals that are
experiencing paranormal situations while making a positive
difference in their life.
Our Vision will be
accomplished by:

Searching for the truth. Does the paranormal
exist, or, can it be explained scientifically?

Continuously questioning the definition of
what is paranormal.

Listening to and learning from the people we
serve.

Providing clients relevant information to
their specific situation.

Working with other organizations to achieve
shared goals.

Exploring new ideas and opportunities to
fulfill our mission.

Offering support to those in need. We
will follow the Code of Conduct and Standards set for all
G.H.I.G. members and representatives while conducting
ourselves with integrity.
We will strive for
excellence in our education of and work with the
paranormal.
We will hold ourselves and each other
accountable for the standards that are set for us as
G.H.I.G. team members.
We will respect the rights,
privacy and dignity of all persons.
Our Code
of Conduct and Standards:
Anyone
representing Ghost Hunter's Investigation Group will be
required to follow the Code of Conduct and Standards for
this group. Anyone found to not do so will be asked to
remove themselves from the group.

G.H.I.G. representatives
will act professionally at all times on investigations and
during group functions,i.e. no arguing among investigators
on investigations or group functions.

There is to be no smoking while inside an
investigation location even if the owner allows it.

Do not wear perfumes, colognes, etc on
investigations.

G.H.I.G. members are not to
discuss investigation locations outside of the group unless
the location has been cleared as non-confidential.

There will be a zero
tolerance policy for any type of illegal substance
abuse.

There will be a zero
tolerance policy for any type of substance use
prior to or during any investigation or group function.

All investigations will be scheduled through
the Investigation Coordinator.

Each G.H.I.G. member will
be required to have 50 hours of logged investigation,
training and evidence analysis time before they will become
an Investigator. Prior to that 50 hours,
G.H.I.G. members will have Investigator in
Training status. The Lead Investigator will keep track of
investigation time but the individual members will be
responsible for tracking their analysis time and individual
members will be responsible for reporting their analysis
time to the Lead Investigator.

Each G.H.I.G. member will
be required to attend a minimum of 2 investigations per
year. |
